I usually go by gut instinct, but thats doesnt always make the best decisions for me, so after that fails I try to figure it out

I totally followed my heart in a particular instance last year. The whole thing kind of dragged on a bit and, lets just say... it didn't work out for me. I put my heart on the line and got hurt.

I like to think I always use my heart...but sometimes the mind plays tricks on you and messes everything up. Confusion, to say the least.

When it comes to love, I follow my heart... ...Love can't be intellectually analyzed. If my soul echoes what my heart tells me, then I move forward with it, no questions asked...it doesn't have to "make sense"...
When it comes to work...usually my head, although I've been listening to my heart far, far more over the past year or so. I've made decisions within work using my heart that have lead to more happiness as a result... Reminds me of the quote (and I'm paraphrasing here): "Learn to listen to your heart more often... Your mind can tell you the most logical road to take to reach your destination, But it can not tell you if your heart will be there when you arrive." | |

I follow my mums head these days. After years of thinking i knew better than her, she turned out to be right about every crappy relationship i've had from the word go.
