And yep I've been to Ingleton several times Great Place Walked the three peaks and done plenty o' Potholing round there I'm on the left...some time back now Oh Rezpec' Steadwood! That looked like fun! (And NO! I don't mean 'you, the other guy and the other OTHER person taking the pic..... all alone in a dark cave with naughty smiles on your faces' scenario. That's just a coincidence ..... Right? ) The falls are nice on a good day too What about the Moors fella? Got any pics of them? WHAT DID YA SAY!!!.....EH.....LOUDER!!! Yep it is definately coincidence....though I have to admit... ...it does look like an audition for YMCA... I had....at that moment stepped off solid ground into a 12ft sump...and was close to... ...disappearing forever and some wished I had I also smacked my head on the cavern wall behind me which didn't help.... ...and may account for my mentality today You got some great pics of the moors ...but where are they Looks like serious Treacle mine country

(above) Incredible Steadwood. Lake Louise still remains the most powerful sense of spirituality for me... at least while being emerged into nature. Hiking within this force is something that stays with me... I must return soon. This does look powerfully serene, holding mystery The cavern you refer to is Gaping Ghyill....a rather large hole in a depression in the ...Yorkshire moors. I have been down, but did not take the photo.... It has a straight drop of 110m and the waterfall you see is Britains highest or longest ...unbroken waterfall,....which you pass through when descending the drop. The cavern is also Britains largest underground cavern...and is large enough to house the ...Dome of St Pauls Cathedral....and has a warren of tunnels leading from it. It is a truely awesome place.....

For you! You Can Fly Think of the presents you've brought Any merry little thought Think of Christmas, think of snow Think of sleigh bells Here we go! Like a reindeer in the sky You can fly! You can fly! You can fly! You can fly! Soon you'll zoom all around the room All it takes is faith and trust But the thing that's a positive must Is a little bit of pixie dust The dust is a positive must You can fly! You can fly! You can fly! You can fly! When there's a smile in your heart There's no better time to start It's a very simple plan You can do what the birdies can At least it's worth a try You can fly! You can fly! You can fly! You can fly! ^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^

Got carryed away yappin' with ya Steadwood man , My spiritual home is lil ol' London village. A crucible of colours, cultures and madness. And if it all gets too much for you, it has it's nice little retreats as well. You either love it or hate it. My birthplace and family home. Here you are senik, you asked for some of the moors...well I found some old uns o mine...
...Apologies for quality....but the view is just the same and so is the feeling for the place... ....Lookin at these and being there is like sittin in front o the fire..... This is Ingleborough Hill...one of the 3 Peaks of Yorkshire.... ....Gaping Ghyll is over on the far side of here..... This is a view along the facing slope of Ingleborough Hill in the photo above.... It is steeper than it looks and very shaley. This is whernside...The highest of the 3 Peaks...As viewed from the top of Ingleborough Hill... Finally...This is just part of Fountains Abbey....Once occupied by Monks....and destroyed by Henry the VIII in the reformation....It is a truely magical place....

Nice one man Even though the pics look old, your descriptions flood the colour straight back into them Fountains Abbey looks eerie (even by day) when you think about what happened to the poor monks there. Fab Steadwood! As soon as I can get a hold of some police brutality photos on the seedy streets of London, I'll post them up for you "..My work is personal, I'm a working person, I put in work, I work with purpose.."

My God, beautiful.... I can easily see why you call that your spiritual home... I don't have any photos of mine... ...The closest I'd come would be photos I'd taken along the California coast, with one beautifully spiritual spot in particular that I've not brought myself to try to capture on film just yet... [Edited 9/24/04 15:34pm] looks wonderful mate. where exactly on the california coast is that?
