So I went to the doctor this morning.It was fine
The part I hate is the drawing of the blood. They couldnt find my vein and she keep poking and digging with the needle. Helllooooo Im a vampire

Im healthy, the heart is fine, the vagina is fine,blood pressure is excellent

But dayum! My insurance sucks. What the heck do I have it for? I had to pay 80 % of my bill today. And they paid a lowsy 20% Yeesh!

where I live, we pay $3 for three months visits to the doc. But I don't think it includes any tests. Haven't done a checkup in...umm..... 14 years I think.

ugh, i go for a physical tomorrow. not looking forward to it. AND my doctor moved his office, so i get to figure out where i'm going first thing in the morning. joy.

I knew I should have questioned her more! But I was being nice

At least the doctor's office was honest with you about their mistake. I thought that having to pay 80% with insurance sounded kinda high.

Im thankful she was honest about it. People are so clueless & shady around here

Well, for all the people bashing Europe, right now is one of the few times I can
say: HAHA

- but its true, one of the advantages of the european (or should I say belgian?) social security system is that practically everything is refunded.

Just this week, I was seriously ill this week, and i went to the doctor. The consulation cost me 18 euro. Next, my medication cost me another 15 euro. That makes 33 euros (or about 40 US dollars). Soon I will be refunded for (approx) 80% of that sum, so all together I have been ill for ..6.6 euro (or 8 US dollar).

Not bad huh?
