So why is it that when someone else fails at something or has issues with something, they blame it on another person. Its really annoying that people can not take responsibility for themselves. How in the hell is it my fault that you can not run your store in Florida, yet I can run mine in Chicago. I trained you...yet you refused to listen. Then when they get fired or demoted they have the fuckin nerve to talk shit and say it was my fault. Maybe you could fucking realize that you SUCK then you could see why you got fired. She should be happy if it was up to me she would of been fired and not just demoted. Its just iritating that people do this and refuse to be responsible for their actions. HA reminds me of some people around here
