Fav Rocky movie! Now, alot would say the first one, but I personally think Rocky V is the best by quite a long way.....Rocky is back in his old 'hood and involves a good (and well acted) subplot of Rocky's son (who is infact his actual son in real life too) being bullied at school.....plus Rocky trains a young guy from the streets etc.....the street fight at the end is brilliant to!
I heard Rocky was meant to die in the streetfight climax.....I woulda preferred that really.....anyway, the rolling credits run and u hear that very moving Elton John song ("measure of a man") over the credits and the saga is over..... What is ur fav Rocky and y?

The best line in all of them is in rocky 5, where tommy gun comes into the bar, and Knocks pauly 2 the floor and rocky looks at tommy and say's
" U knocked him down, Y dont u try and knock me down now " Now that was a moment! Keenmeister

I know, I know....apart from the 1st Rocky film, the rest are typical '80's entertainment and a tad cheesy. But you know what? - I can't HELP liking them. I guess because I grew up watching Sly as Rocky and Rambo, kicking butt and wrecking some serious #ยค%"!
I remember standing in our living room back in 1987 or '88, having to be spoon-fed by my mum or uncle because I was too busy to sit down at the dinner table - wearing my shorts, baby trainers & a pair of over-sized boxing gloves, imitating Rocky. How sad is that???!!! But they were fond memories so I admit to having a soft spot in my heart for those movies.
