Emmy Red Carpet Pre-Show With Star Jones

I don't know if many of you saw it. It was sight to see. Star made many fashion faux pas with the dresses that she chose to wear on the red carpet (gold and silver). To make matters worse, she threw on a fur shaw with her second dress. It was eyepop to see how she could wear the dresses she did in public. Also, throughout the interview, she annouced her wedding date and kept compairing wings with married female celebreties on air. What are some of your thoughts on Star?

falloff Damn, I hate to have chuckle at her expense but someone from the Fashion cop
should have call her and let her know how hideous she was going to look.

I think just about anything on her is gonna make her look bad-especially Payless Shoes.

My question-how in the hell are they supporting her weight? It's not like Payless is the home of quality footwear or anything.

eek

(Big dogs in little shoes are still scary bitches.)

I'm guessing money, but it could be donuts.

biggrin

(She's a lawyer, and she can't hire a better personal trainer? I worry about the woman's health-that's why I'm evil.)

I have absolutely nothing against big girls, I just think Star should be a little less holier than thou and more concerned about herself.

If she wants a happy marriage she should be takin' care of herself, or at least make steps to improve it. Her own health, not because she's a big girl.

I don't want any females to get mad, just maybe have some thought in one of my random "jokes".

cool

(That and I want them to name their child Hostess.)

Your point is right on and not evil to me. She is an attorney plus a co-host of a morning show "The View". So, unlike everyday working people, she would have access to some of the top personal trainers and chefs around. There are no excues. I heard that she recently had her stomach stapled so she should have came down more.

ya know, i was gonna say something like "maybe she's just happy being who she is. maybe she likes being big." but if she really got her stomach stapled then she obviously wants to lose weight. well, then, i probably can't argue against what ya'll wrote here. carry on. razz

Star took a fancy to me, well she always asked for us to be in the truck, which was weird!

That's no reason to just be mean!
