I think although sex can be very important in a relationship lending an ear can be more important...there are many guys out there who want to be "mothered" and enjoy the love and care they recieve from that. And there are many women who like to "mother" too...it's being there for each other and caring about each other in all ways

Being a guys Mother and lending an ear/being supportive are two totally different things.

Don't be some guys Mother, it's an express line to bitterness. confused

Every man i end up with I turn into their mother. cookin, handlin biz affairs, coaching. But I must say when it's good, you become a team...plus great sex. But then I get sick of they dumb ass (cause I created it) and leave.

Not only am I capable of it, but I do it rather well. Though, it's not a case of him needing an ear more than sex. I take care of things - him- emotionally, teach him things and we're lovers too. It's not a healthy relationship, but one that is difficult to get out of now, as I feel as though I'd be "losing" one of my "children". I have ended it, it's just extremely difficult on the heart.
