oh fucking hell, that's really unpleasant. disbelief

i'm doing good. Things are kinda crazy at the moment, but good. smile

i've decided in the last 10 minutes to take over the world and cull all people who are too stupid to work out why the documentation for putting in place share option schemes needs to be more than a simple side letter. mad

Anyway, that's my manifesto. Want to be my Goebbels? neutral

Transfer the benefit of your share option scheme to Frog Enterprises PLC. nod i'll make it worth your while, by giving you an inappropriately timed festive present such as the following:

I appreciate the offer (it is quite tempting), but perhaps you misunderstood.

I have share option schemes where I'm allowed twice every year to reveal my real plans for the Org, the world, and who's coming to the bonfire.

I thus share my options on the schemes I am planning for that quarter.

I find finances to be a tad confusing so I put all my funds into gold chocolate funds and graduate to nougat filled centers when my stock has melted.

This best insures security and makes things work much better when it comes to how many ways I can divide my dividends to distribute to the children of the neighborhood.
