Diets Just a question whenever you diet what do you do?
Do you do the Atkins way of life Count calories South beach? I personally just count calories, and take longer walks than I normally do | |

well because of some blood sugar issues, I do some low carb stuff but not as extreme as atkins...personally, I think calorie counting and exercise works best.... | |

Yep, I have to agree with Rhonda on this. Watching your calorie intake and moderate exercise will work wonders for weight lose. All these diets such as Atkins, South Beach etc are just gimmicks and are not healthly at all. | |

1. Stop Dieting
2. do some form of exercise you like (for me it's walking) 3. Cut back on your portions 4.Eat 3 meals a day (skipping meals makes your body think it is starving and makes the body store fat) 5. Ask your Doctor I've lost 70lbs in 9 months by doing this. It may seem like it's taking for ever but when you see your clothes fitting better and lose that's when it's worth it. I've dieted most of my life but when I stopped dieting,ate less and walked every day I've lost. BUT still talk with your doctor because what is best for one person may not be best for you Good luck sweetie | |

Cut down on fatty foods, wipe them out if you can. Eat healthy, fresh fruit and veg, drink lots, get plenty of fresh air and exercise..
The old fashioned way is thebest and it works,.. | |

I personally just count calories, and take longer walks than I normally do I don't "diet" as such (I think there's too high a premium on "diets" these days...especially Atkins) but I simply try to eat healthy and combine it with exercise...that combination will result in HEALTHY LONG TERM weightloss so long as you stick at it...I lost over 26kg (I think that's almost 50 pounds) doing it that way Having said that I'm not being too successful at the moment but you can do anything you put your mind to my worth anyway...hope it helps! | |
