Cleaning up vomit! My little girl, Emma had her 7th birthday party yesterday which was great fun and about a dozen of her little school friends came over for a party.
As is the usual practice, we had a fine array of sweets, cakes, chips, etc etc for the kids to feast on. Emma of course gourged herself. After the party my wife and I were too pooped to cook dinner and Emma insisted she wanted Hungry Jacks (Burger King) and because it was her party we said what the hell. Getting back to the topic of this thread, it seems her stomach decided it could no longer process all this fatty food and at about 11:30pm last night it decided to dump its contents all over her bed. 
Well, guess who was the poor sod that had to clean that mess up? Yep, yours truly. 
It was a massive vomit by the way. The things we do for our kids.  When I read about the evils of drinking, I gave up reading. | |

That's all part of parenting bkw. Did you and your wife take turns at barf duty??
My son's tummy decided it did not like the hot dogs he had eaten so I had to empty his sick pan into the  (holding my breath).

Hold your breath and ONLY breath through your mouth, thus avoiding the elusive stench through the nose. The smell makes me queezy and I end up with a unsettled feeling in my stomach.

I sympathize, bkw. My 3-year-old has a pretty impressively strong stomach, but she turns into a complete snot monster with the slightest cold. And I can recall some downright EXPLOSIVE diaper episodes. I used to call them "shit-astrophes." Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου

Kids are nice and cute sometimes in the strangest of ways..... ....but I was just going to get something to eat when I clicked on this... I can clean the stuff no probs... but reading about it....  ...ooops ....wrong one ...
