LOVED that show, from beginning to end!!!

Just so y'all know, the Buffy animated series is back in production. Alysson Hannigan and Nick Brendon are both doing voices for the show (apparently, Sarah Michelle Gellar has decided that she's a movie star now, and wants to leave Buffy behind mad )

Oh man, I LOVED the last season. I thought it was incredible, and the series finally ROCKED!

I agree with you about season six (other than the musical episode and the last couple with "Dark Willow". Those were great). I got sooooo sick of the geek villians. BORING!

Yeah. I saw the first Scooby movie for free, and still felt like I payed too much! That is 90 minutes of my life I'll never get back.

Her new movie is The Grudge. Its a remake of a Japanese horror film a'la The Ring.

OK i will give you the Dark Willow epi's were OK.. But overall, i felt it was pulling... Too much "First" talk... It got boring after a while and it dragged out way too long!

I missed the epi's where Oz and Cordy were in them.. The Gentlemen had to be the BEST episode.. Still one of my favorites!

Oh yes! "Hush" may very well be my favorite episode of the entire series!! The Gentlemen were sooooo creepy!

Hey, if you're an Oz fan, did you know that Joss Whedon planned to bring him back in the sixth season of Angel?? He was going to mentor Angel's werewolf girlfriend! Man, I wish that had happened!!

I LOVED Oz... I stopped watching Angel after Doyle left.. Did you know that the kid that played Doyle died of a heroin OD a few years ago... He also played Mark on Roseanne.. I was stunned to knwo that too!

Angel is a good show, I kinda fell outta touch with it for a while, so I missed a ton of episodes, I am catching up now.

Hush is a great episode, the gentlemens hunchmen are what freaked me out more than anything, the broken straight jackets LORD that a good episode, I just wasnt into Riley and the whole scene. Buffy want beer is great in that season too.

I truly hate that show. My ex wife used to watch it all the time, though sitting through a MASH marathon was even worse.

Y'know, I JUST found that out a couple of days ago!! So sad.

Actually, the show got quite good in its third season. Doyle's tranference of his powers to Cordelia became a HUGE plot element in this (and the following) season

I did the same with Angel. I dropped it after the second season, then came back in the fourth. I enjoyed the shit out of the third season DVD boxed set, because those episodes were all new to me

I didn't much care for the fourth season while it was on, but I did find it to be a whole lot of fun when I watched the DVD box set. The whole thing flows much better when you are watching it back-to-back. The story arc loses its momentum when you have a weeks gap between viewings.

i loved buffy. a couple years ago i met nicholas brendan(xander) at a sci-fi/comic book thing a friend of mine dragged me to. she went and looked at comic books, i went over and talked to nicholas. i kinda liked angel but couldnt really get into it, my brother loved it though, watched it more than he would watch buffy.
