Whats the deal with down websites

Is it fee time for webmasters or something?
At least 5 of my favorite websites are down. Now Im not on the internet as long as usual

are you getting that 'website not responding' message? after i got that message here ten minutes or so ago i noticed when i clear out my temporary files, delete the cookies, etc. clear the internet history, the site is accessible again. no more 'not responding' message. i've used that technique three times since i signed on a while ago and each time it's worked for me. maybe it's my computer? i don't know.

I just cant seem to access the org today either. Is it down? confuse
