Are men capable of making a woman turn to lesbians for affection?

I've seen a lot women consider having a reltionship with other women simply because a man has dogged her to this point. Not sure if they were already lesbians. What do you think?

I believe it may play a part, or at least a woman may freely choose for the soul sake of being fed up. Although it is not the mans direct control to lead a woman to make that decision.
