To brief it, i got to see da makingz of a few television adz...somewhere down da track they'll get me to do voiceover cause they like my accent and one of da judges from our Idol show came in 2 do a radio ad which I sat in on aswellz! I had fun learnin da beauty of recording on analogue..and on digital...da digital studio is just amazing...they use Protool and have a virtual mixer...plasma screne 4 syncronisingz..witnessing voice over takez for a Chilli ad ...they even allowed me to actually start playin wif da equipment! I didn't think they'd let me..this place is GROUSE!!

What do i want to do eventually...da question is what do i NOT wanna do! LOL!! TOO many thingz Lolly!! I'm interested in sound production and editing, voice-over, script writing/editingz, (edit all those z's outz ) storyboarding for adz, music production, radio/television production...and on and on it goez!! It freakin rockz man, i was like a kid in a candy store..i was in such awe of the talent and da sound equipment and it was just like omg...it was just so GROUSE!!!

FLUX!! I've never studied sound engineering, though when I finished high school I knew instinctively i'd be into this kinda thing, although i had absolutely no experience in it what so everz!! So, some yearz down da track i've done radio and this year as part of my Multimedia/Media studiez course, I did a Digital Audio and Video subject which I had an absolute blast inz!!

So, da question u put forward 2 me is how did i get my foot in da door! Well, one of my subjects, Literature/Media Project had me sorting afterz some work experience. I was actually looking at film production companiez..and looked up da yellow pagez and wrang one place up, totally forgot what they're calledz! But they said they weren't really da sort of thing I was after and reffered me to this Film Victoria website, which had several catagoriez...havin scrolled downz..i came across music...i was like and thought, this is probably where I'd really wanna go..so I went through their list of contacts, and decided to call one particular company, where this man Ray McKenna answered. Anywayz, trying to cut this story short cause it's gettin long, he had no work on hand and decided to give me a whole list of reputable sound production companiez to go to..one of them was this place i'm at now..basically i was told that if there was any place i would want t get work experience from, it's this onez..so McKenna was nice enough to text message a lady dat workz there..put in a good word for me, and hey presto, she called me back a few hourz later n said she'd love to have me over!! N dat'z how it happened!!
