Oh so beautiful MarySharon... are these places (amazing beauty) near where you were raised? Perhaps this thread should be titled "Beautiful Mountainous Areas" and such. flower

Now I am really distracted... love

More? I am greedy like that. hug

Pariou: Can this be translated? biggrin Can you imagine climbing to the top of that...? Can you fall in and if so... can you get out? eek wink sigh ~Beautiful... all the photos you displayed are.

Lake Louise. heart Still one of the most magical/spiritual places I have ever encountered. I can't wait to take someone here with me the next time I visit. So powerful this place affects ones soul. No lie. rose I have many pictures... although I don't got the time to scan at the moment.

Been here as well... Johnson Canyon (below)... amazing and so clean/refreshing... I have never seen water so seemingly untouched and low in pollution. It does make a huge difference that people cannot emerge themself into this water...

I love Canada's standards as far as the environment goes... heart

These pictures are very close to the naked eye... so beautiful it hurts.

No translation (as far as my knowledge goes), those name are from the auvergne dialect, only a few old people still speak this language. Dying roots... sad

Lake Louise mushy it's gorgeous, the water got an incredible color, it looks so pure...
