Sort of. I preferred cars or dirt more than Barbie, unless I was drowning Barbie in the creek. I liked to fish and hunt and ride horses, yet, I enjoyed girly things like girly bubble junk for the tub and fancy hair thingies. I loved dressing up, but more in a way to shock people than it was for my own benifit of looking nice. I enjoyed touching expensive fabrics, yet, I couldn't wait to go out and get dirty.

So... in a way, but not fully.

I liked Barbies. I used to always cut their hair off and give them make-overs by making my own outfits for them.

See, I only burned crickets and grasshoppers. They "popped"! But, I never would have thought to harm Barbie in such a way!

Damn... this got me to remembering a "good" time with my brother. He was great at marital arts and gymnastics. Well, I lived in the country and we had those propane tanks out back to heat the house.... this thing was loooong. He said I couldn't do flips across it like he could. So, without knowing if I could or not, I mounted the damned thing and started off in a skip and did two flips... when I got towards the end, I freaked and landed groin first, strandling the thing. That hurt like a motherfucker.

lol

I tried to be a tomboy when I was younger by not wearing a bra. My breasts grew pointy because of it. I have regretted it ever since

I've always loved all things girly, especially clothes and make up and the like. But I also climbed trees, skinned my knees, caught snakes and salamanders for fun and played sports for a few years too.

I guess so, yeah. All my friends until I was 14 were boys. I only wore dresses if I was forced to, and even though I had pierced ears, never wore earrings. I was never really into sports, but I played outside, climbed trees, got dirty, rode bikes, etc. I did own Barbies because my family always bought them for me, but the closest I got to actually playing with them was a redheaded dollar store Barbie-ish doll. She'd go along with my Ninja Turtles as "April" because I never had a real April O'Neal doll.

cool!!! biggrin the only trick i ever actually pulled off on the skateboard...was a kickflip. i could grind a little...but that was it...all my guys freinds were doing ramp tricks....and that was not my thing giggle i even had a ramp set up in my yard...so that when the boys would come over...they had a place to rock out on giggle biggrin

I was always a girly-girl in the way I dressed and I always was into my hair and makeup and things like that, but I preferred to play with the boys when I was younger. I had a lot of Barbies and dolls, but I also had the biggest Ninja Turtles action figure set in the neighborhood.
