I just realized I forgot to take mine last night and I'm at work and won't be able to do it until I get home...what happens? do i take two? have i screwed up my cycle?

Phone the doctor or phone the pharmacy you buy it from. Most pills come with a little pamphlet which I have seen the "what if I forget to take my pill".....

ut oh....don't have sex...I'll can tell you that much....


I don't remember what you do....I haven't taken the pill since college....I think you double up...or u just go to the next day.....but let me shut up cuz you'll end up with a bundle of joy with my advice.....

with most combined pills you take the one you missed as soon as you remember and take the next one as usual.

for the next 7 days you need to use another form of contraceptive like condoms and if you've had sex recently (within the last couple of days) it may be wise to have the emergancy pill.



most pills are still quite reliable so long as it isn't too late but its better to be safe than sorry
