what do u think?

about a guy at work who follows me around and flirts with me, his pregnant girlfriend also works there... i have done nothing to encourage him just talked to him as a friend would.

i asked him if she knows he flirts the way he does and he said yes.... but ya never know. im not really friendly with her she never seems to be happy and when i have tried to talk to her she replies and thats it.

well, if she knows and puts up with it there's not much that can happen, really...it's her choice to stay with someone like that

I agree...besides, he's making your working environment uneasy...be upfront and let him know you don't want that type of attention...that way if he continues, you can file a formal complaint later...and if he doesn't continue, then you'll feel better taking matters into your own hands and dealing with the situation.

the more i think about it the more un easy i get i need to deal with it he is trying to go into upper management and if he thinks its ok now what could happen if he's the boss..... mad

It's the best advice I've heard so far....

If you are not happy confronting the....er....guy...then go directly through the complaints

procedure and your superior...I know it's easy for others to say.
