Time is going by... treasure life always.  That's a beautiful photo...  Very profound...I'd leave the side fades off, though. It makes for a slightly more intensly telling photo without it (but still beautiful just the same).  Senik and Byron...

Seriously, though...the photo is extraordinary...the composition is perfect (the space is broken up just right), the contrast of their skin (your father's skin looks beautiful)...the clarity of the focus, every hair on your father's head is almost given its own importance. And of course what the photo is saying...one on level, it's a profound capturing of family, of the love and bonds that link generations together. Yet on another level, it's a comment on wisdom and how it occurs in every person, and in every moment...Shaley seems to have something important to say, even the positioning of her hand gives that feeling...your father seems to be listening with intent, not just with love, as though he's fully aware that there's wisdom to be learned from a small child's words. I would love to take photos that captured what you captured here... | |

He intended to ask Paisley Park for permission to shoot on their property (that photo is taken from the other side of Highway 5), but I don't remember whether anything came of it.
