I couldn't care less about the size or whether or not they're real. My exwife has 39D implants (39-24-36), but it was a good boobjob and they looked good. More important to me than the size are the nipples. I like them best when they're pink and not too big.

Funny thing is that all my exes have fairly big boobs as well as blue eyes. None of these I particularly care for.
