Ok it might be because it's four in the morning but this is what I'm thinking about...Porn.
We all watch it ( don't you lie now! ) we all enjoy it. It serves us well when we need it to....but here's the freaky thing..and you guys could maybe help me figure this stuff out.... after I watch it, and/or enjoy it I feel well dirty, used, guilty. There is just something about it that kinda creeps me out.

I know part of it is the objectification of women in porn...I see how women ( and honestly black males) are just treated as things and not humans with minds and souls... I feel like shit after I get off on it.

I know part of it is because I feel like a loser when I watch it and enjoy it alone.... just wanna put a bag over your head cuz you think damn I really should be getting laid not watching this crap....but I feel the same way after watching this stuff with a partner.

And this is the craziest part of all, and I think some of you out there might feel me on this but I might be wrong, seeing these people act like base animals somehow makes me realize my own mortality...It makes me realize that all we are as humans is meat that will one day rot. This disturbs and fasinates me, and in the end disgusts me,but it don't stop me from watching this crap either.

I've never thought about the mortality/meat thing but on most everything else I'm right there with you.

I kinda made peace w/ the whole "I'm an animal" thing years ago, so I rarely feel bad/dirty/guilty about it anymore (& I never feel like that when watching with a partner). When I'm in that mood, I'm just in it.

Sometimes I do wanna throw all my stuff out though (tried that once, NOT a good idea ) but hell, whaddayagonnado?
