Which Olympic Event is Your Favorite?

My favorite is track and field! I love track. I ran track in highschool and I have been hooked ever since. Go USA Track and Field! woot!

It was so cool that Greece took the gold in the synchronized diving event! woot! I was so happy for them!

Funniest thing is that they made it seem like the battle on the 100m free style would be between Thorpe and Phelps when v/d Hoogenband was the defending champ. 4x100m relay was funny too when the US got beaten by SA and Holland. biggrin

Oh well, Phelps is still very young. If he continues to make progress he'll win lots of prizes in the future, no doubt.

ok ok.....you got me. I just wanted to start something between Phelps and Thorpe giggle Yeah, he is young though...only 19,so he'll have be plenty of chances to medal. I'll be watchin' him and Ian go at it tonight. thumbs up!

a bronze is still a medal...even though there's only one true winner. sad I was kinda happy for SA...they really deserved it.

They're showing Synchronized Diving. When did THAT happen? Seems like every four years there's something new. I'm waiting for Double-Dutch to be an Olympic sport. Seriously.

I think women's wrestling is the newest sport. I love wrestling....but I think I'll pass on that one. smile
