Chico , please don't give up. I hope these wonderful words lift your spirits, and please know that they are true. I won't say any more because Mr. Gabriel said it far better than I could.

Okay, I've got my serious hat on here.

It sounds very much like you are depressed. I recommend that you go and see your doctor and discuss these feelings mate. I promise you that things will start to feel better.

Chico, yes, I think everyone feels like this once in a while. It will pass but whats helps me is finding something to take your mind somewhere (movies, music, books).

Don't give up, babe.

I've had my moments over the past year, yes...but what I've found is lots of reading (spiritual), lots of excercise (even if only walking) and lots of talking with friends (you'll know which ones want to be there for you) helps keep you from sinking completely...

And get out if you can, see "Life"...whatever it may consist of. Just observe...take it in...if you have any special "spots" you love to escape to (I do.. ), try and visit them more. Sometimes, just small things like that can re-invigorate the spirit and put things into proper perspective.

If you feel that things are beyond your control, then try to get some real help, professional help.

We have been there.. I get in fits sometimes and cry for hours for no reason.. I let all my emtoions come to a head and take over me.. It feels like I am at the bottle of the barrell and i see NO light at all...

I am lucky to have some people in my life who can say things to make me feel better, but i also try to reassure myself that things will improve.

Do something for youself that makes you feel good! AND try to talk to someone that makes you smile and feel good about yourself!

I hope things look up for you.. BUt know i can understand and many other people can too here. I hope you are feeling better in no time!

there comes a time when you have to take yourself out of a situation that makes you unhappy, no one else is going to do it for you. if you feel like the job is getting you nowhere, then find another path. it is amazing how many people will stick with a job thinking that they can do no better. just remember that you found a job when you were looking for the last one and you can do it again. a dear friend of mine told me about 3 years ago when i was going thru the same slump that i needed to ALWAYS have my resume' on the market. and this has turned out to be the greatest advice that i have ever recieved. as for the personal situation. no one can put value in you. that is something that you have to do for yourself. i think that everyone has times when they feel like giving up. but that does nothing but make those who want you give up feel like they were right. i always think, I'll just stay alive and piss them off. i know that sounds a lil immature, but it works for me. if this seems to be a long lasting thing, then most definintly make an appointment to see a doc. there is nothing wrong with seeking treatment for something that is causing as much trouble as this seems to be causing you. i hope that you get feeling better, because the alternative just is no fun. if you need someone to talk to, many have said it already, but the org family is here for you to talk to. u may be suprised just how many people are out there who have been thru the same chit.
