It's called 'Grab It'. I've been searching for something like this for years...

You know those mysterious newsgroups where media files are displayed as text and then you're supposed to assemble them into something resembling music or video... Well, that's what it does. Automatically.

Download the program from this site:

Then go to this page to find your news server settings:

http://www.newsbin.com/ISP.htm

Your user name and login will be the same as you use for your ISP's email service

Then set it all up, search for something like - oh - Prince and see what happens.

I just clicked a load of buttons until it did something. It's definitely downloading something right now.

It took a bloody hour to download to download one "thing"...

It was a FLAC file, I've just converted it to a WAV and I'm listening to it right now.
