This rumor had me moist as a snackcake down there! rumors -

She's the sister of David Sedaris...a VERY funny author...known best for his Santa Land diaries (which he reads on NPR every christmas time) She's mostly in the New York artsy scene and comes from Second City school of humor. Her "claim to fame" would be the now cancelled Strangers with Candy TV series on Comedy Central. She plays a 46 yr old fresh out of the slammer who was a former boozer, loser and user. SHe lives at home with her folks and is a Freshman in HS...starting life all over again. I came across this show (after NOT watching it for 3 years  ) and have truely discovered a gem! That show was as Jerri says "Hil-a-rious! Like cancer!" The show is so wrong...but in all the right ways. www.jerriblank.com

She said once she'd never do a TV sitcom as it would be very boring...but make her husband on the Show blind, her kid retarded and add a monkey..and she'd do it. Now a talk show....hmmm not sure what it'd be like. I saw her on Conan once...and this cute kid had some sort of ferret and it got away...seeing Amy squirm and jump like that was histerical...though I was not a fan of the time...but knew who she was. Good to see folks round here hooking up I would have liked to see that! I have NOT seen all of the episodes...I am waiting for Season 3 to come out (just a few days before my birthday).
