Confused about my Vinyl

Hello all. eye possess a small but very cherished collection of Prince on vinyl. One of which is a copy of DMSR, however, the sleeve is white with just Dance, Music, Romance on the front in Black and the record just has white label with the same, plus the WB emblem, but no date. eye wondered if any1 could tell me whether it is likely 2B a DJ's own disk or something else??
