I can't speak for most men, well hell, anybody else really, but I can honestly say that sex was not even on the radar screen for me at 13. I have always liked girls, even kissed a few starting at 5 (I kid you not!), but sex wasn't something I even wanted until I was like 15 or 16 and I didn't have it until I was almost 18.
