You don't know who she is? She was this television chef that gets mimicked by everyone pretending to be a chef... she had this ridiculous high pitched voice...

Julia Childs was awesome, but it was about time for her to pass on. It was kind of painful watching her do guest spots on cooking shows in recent years because she was talking and moving around like she was half-dead, not to mention she was so hunched over she could barely look up at the camera.

I loved watching reruns of her old cooking shows tho, she really set a standard for TV chefs.

RIP Julia

Aww... that's sad - she was real sweet, like a loveable Granny.

Still, bet she's already rustling up some fabby macaroons in heaven, bless her.

She was the best chef i ever known.

She used to have a show called "The French chef" because she was trained in france but never was french.
And then her recent series was just her with guests always, and she could barely stand up.
She lived a long life but i will miss seeing her on TV

R.I.P Julia
