Okay... this is sad, but I have to ask... how in the hell do you get to be 600lbs?
I am not trying to be insensitive, but really, how is that even possible? At 300lbs, you say, you know what, maybe it's time to to try something else.... at 400lbs, you need serious help... then 500 and so on... at some point, doesn't somebody intervene and call for help... I totally agree that the police are investigating a possible crime, or even neglect. This woman ate herself to point she could no longer function... somebody was there feeding her.... it's a shame..... I see these stories once in a while and just have to wonder how it even happens...  | |

I agree - Someone in the family was feeding her - or she would not have stayed at 600 lbs - she needed help - they had to be giving a lot of calories to maintance that weight. What of lack of love.
