Those are sold in pills right? A few years ago when I hurt my knee (falling on stage, how embarassing).. the doctor gave me shots of cortizone. That stuff does NOT work. Not for me, and a lot of people I talked to.


Cortizone shots do help, but they need to be used properly or else they can actually do even more damage.
