Just in case you're wondering...("I Might Be Moving To America" Thread Pt. 2) ...I arrived here 4 days ago and have been doing so much shuffling around Portland that I've barely had time to log in to the org.  I know, strange but true...sometimes real life is more interesting!
Portland is a REALLY cool city! Quite, quite different to my home of Sydney in terms of look and layout, but the people are just as friendly and I've taken in some of the vibrant night-life, seen some of the sights, done a lot of walking around and of course spent a fair bit of $ on Prince in the wrecka stows. 
Speaking of whom, I'll be seeing the little fella on September 1st at the Rose Garden and I CAN NOT WAIT! Anyway, I thought I'd follow up to my last thread about moving here, etc...(which my GF and I have still not decided upon yet - marriage that is - but the chances are high)...and take this opportunity to see if there are any orgers in the vicinity...I'd love to meet up with anyone who lives near where I am! In the meantime, here's a coupla noice little pictures of this fair city:  | |

John, While u been over there, Ive gone over to ur house and I have been watering the plants.
