I know there is place in Minneapolis that does burlesque shows and I've been wanting to go for awhile now and just haven't yet, but if it's the same place you're going tonight I've heard it's a really good time!

That's funny because back in May, I went out to the Lounge with my sister and we happened to walk by that place. Anyway, they had the door open and of course they have big windows right on the street. So we just stood there for about 15 minutes and watched this girl (I think it was some girl from the audience) just strip down from outside on the sidewalk. Got a free show.

There's a burlesque troupe in Detroit called Causing A Scene. They're wonderful. Very sensuous and exciting. If you're ever in the Detroit area in Sept., be sure and check out the Sexpo--a celebration of eroticism. There's a GREAT burlesque show in the evening.

it was really a fun night!! and i LOVED teh show. it was classy, and funny, and sexy....very empowering to be female and be in the audience! AND my freind who is the show was awesome too!! she is just starting out, but it was soo nice to see her up on stage living her dream

Not sure what a burlesque show is... but you have a damn good time.
