Oh S*%#, I'm A Friggin' Adult!!!! Okay, so yesterday I go to pick up my girlfriend's daughter from her day care (she's 7). As we pull out of the parking lot, I pop in Musicology. I start bobbing my head to the music, and she blurts out "oh my gosh!!! You're embarrasing me!!!"
When the hell did I become the uncool adult?? I remember this scenario with MY mom and dad, but I suddenly find myself on the other side of the equation!! The inevitable has occurred!!! I'm lame in the eyes of a child!!

Guess that means I'm still a kid! I think it just depends on the kid. Like OdysseyMiles said, she's decided she knows EVERYTHING. Don't get me wrong, I love her to death. Just sometimes she's a gigantic pain in the posterior, since she thinks she's got it all figured out. Have no doubt, I will keep funkin' in her presence! The child's got to learn some REAL music!!!
