I have been inundated with orgnotes asking me about my interview with Fabio. I thought instead of sending individual replies I would just post a thread for everyone's viewing pleasure. So, here it is.....

I told him not to answer as I would have to check and then they'd never let us back in the very elegant restaurant (Breeze in Century City).

What do you sleep in?

Information on his spirituality


Fabio, like myself and many other people, does not approve of organized religion (and especially does not like the evangelists that ask people for money).
HE does not believe in the practice that people have of praying to God and making bargains (give me this and I'll stop drinking, etc.) God does not make bargains. God is everywhere. You pray because you wish to feel closer to God. You do things that please God because that is the kind of person that you are - not because you want something.

"Organized religion is about power, not God. Organized religion all through history has placed man against man. Every war fought was about one religion being better than another." God is something you have within you.
"Listen to you inner voice. You have your body, mind and spirit within you. Live your life
in a manner consistent with your inner spirit."

Fabio is a very good person (his mother raised him well) and practices what he believes. He cares about people and animals. He has rescued many dogs. He has done work with
both an animal rescue group (where he got his latest dogs) and PETA.
He gives of himself for charities because he believes that what you give out comes back to you. He believes in reincarnation of the soul because "some people need to practice before they get it right).


He believes pretty much as I do - which is interesting. I got there by reading, he from experiences and travel. I was raised Protestant and he was raised strict Catholic.

He is very concerned about Israel and the anti-semitism in the world today. I need to review my notes and fill this in better. He is very eloquent about these issues. Very passionate. Thanks for reading.

I hope you got a huge freelance fee for this one!

I feel very lame compared with you...I'm working on stories right now about holistic medical treatments!
