The thing that really gets me about this issue is that the right wing fanatics are upset because of "activist judges". The judges are simply interpreting the constitution and stating that to treat gay people different is not equal and therefore violates the constitutional requirement of equal treatment. That's activism? If the judges were ruling in their favor, it would be called interpretation and not activism.

When is California gonna get it's act together and pass the same legislation?!

I lived in Washington for 10 years. I hated the town I lived in (Longview) but loved the state. I need to move back. Ohio sucks and I have nobody here....sigh.
