OMG that's really funny! I met him/did a gig with him about 6/7 years ago, and he is really cool. I stayed up with him all night in his hotel room (we also had rooms next to each other) and we just talked about music and everything. I have all these pics of us laying on the bed goofing around. He was only 16 at the time, but let me tell you he was really sexy back then even. I was older than him by a few (well, maybe more than a few) years, and I felt guilty about some of the thoughts that were running through my head. 
Anyway, he played acoustic guitar all night, and did a bunch of Prince songs too because he is a huge fan as well. I remember him playing and singing along with him on "The Morning Papers".  
i am so jealous...i bought his 1st cd the day it came out. i think he is mind-blowingly awe-inspiring talented-beyond-his-years fantastic. i now (of course) have all his cd's. if you have the chance, or are so inclined i would LOVE to see your pics...if its not to much trouble of course!!!! my parents just recently went to England to see Eric Clapton in concert and they came home teasing me cause Jonny Lang was there too!!! i'm a 30 year old woman but i am fascinated by a 19 year old musical genius!!  you're only as old as you feel..............so how old do i feel

I will show you my pics one of these days, but I'm almost positive that they are back at my parent's house in Mpls. and I am in Holland right now. I'll be back there in the fall though, and I wanted to dig them out anyway. So if I find where they are, I'll send them to you. He looks so young in them!

My first crush was on Emmanuel Lewis. Actually, I had more of a crush on "Webster". Hey, I was, like, 5! Give me a break! 
Then in kindergarten I went through my New Kids on the Block phase, and was in love with Jordan Knight. I had New Kids shirts, bedspreads, trading cards, "action figures" that had sex with Barbie, dinnerware. 
Oh, God, how I loved Zack Morris! I used to lie in bed at night and fantasize about marrying Mark-Paul Gosselaar one day. I used to rush home from school every day between the ages of 8-10 to watch Saved by the Bell, which was a long obsession in those days!
Then I was briefly in love with Jason Priestley. I became a little too mature for Saved by the Bell and moved on to 90210 in my junior high years. 
When Titanic came out, I became OBSESSED with Leo. I saw that movie 9 times in the theater! I had EVERYTHING Leo, anything you could possibly own, and a whole bookshelf of Leonardo DiCaprio biographies and magazines. 
Scott Wolf. I loved Party of Five, and I actually met him a couple of years ago. He was filming some scenes for a movie at Pennsylvania Hospital, where my dad is the director of security, so I went in to work with him and he is the sweetest guy. So incredibly down to earth, and so amazingly handsome. Everyone that worked in the hospital was smitten... even the guys were raving over how handsome and nice he is! | |
