I love the natural look..

 I've been sans relaxer for close to 10 years now - one of the best decisions I ever made  I had a na'trul for 6 years, then locks for close to 8, cut them off last year and I'm rockin' the short 'fro again. Rain and humidity can kiss my arse.  | |

the woman who did my hair was an absolute sweetheart (and she's a prince fan, too--"call my name" came on the muzak system at one point and she was singin along with it...heh ) and she did a fabulous job on shortening my hair. i left my bangs long and had 'em pressed so they're still long and straight--the rest of my hair is in TWA (teeny-weeny afro) status. it'll be a couple months before i end with an angela davis-sized 'fro--yes, my hair grows very long and it'll get that huge--but right now i am sooooo happy to be rid of the relaxed hair. yay for my new 'do!!! it's at times like this when i wish i had a digital camera so i could take a quick pic of myself so ya'll can see what i look like now...
