Isn't it fairly obvious what's going to happen?? I mean, if you've seen Episodes IV through VI then you know that Padme gets knocked-up with twins, Anakin goes bad & starts breathing heavy and the Jedi get the snot kicked out of them! Do not hurry yourself in your spirit to become offended, for the taking of offense is what rests in the bosom of the stupid ones. (Ecclesiastes 7:9)

Then, I suppose that Darth will finish them off. General Grievous is gonna rule! Though he's not in the movie as much as you'd hope (about the same as Darth Maul was in Episode I). He's certainly a Jedi Killer, though I don't think you actually see him kill any Jedi in the movie. He keeps their lightsabers as trophies on his belt. He's not the one who wipes out most of the Jedi though, that privelage belongs to Darth Vader and... (well, I won't say any more. I don't wanna spoil it for ya). This is the movie I've been waiting for ever since Lucas announced that he would make the prequels. "From within the ranks of the Confederacy came General Grievous, a brilliant strategist unhindered by compassion or scruples. His lightning strikes and effective campaigns caused his reputation to grow in the eyes of a frightened Republic. To many, he eclipsed the threat posed by Count Dooku, the charismatic leader of the Confederacy's political battlefields -- Grievous was the face of the enemy. Part non-humanoid alien, part custom-designed droid, Grievous hunted Jedi for sport and proudly displayed his victims' lightsabers around his belt as trophies of his conquests. His unorthodox fighting form and mechanical enhancements gave him an edge in close-quarters combat, and his strategic ingenuity and flawless cunning rendered him almost invincible against the Jedi"

I tend 2 avoid as much as I can about the films if at al possible - the thread was about the films title wasnt it? So, 4 your information Mr Joker... Yeah, there were 3 different test make-ups (in varying degrees of barbecue-ness). Which one they've actually used (or whether they've done another one) is unknown. They're gonna have their work cut out to keep this movie a PG Deep fried crispy Skywalker anyone? Oh, and the pic was a conceptual drawing. Talking about conceptual drawings, you should see the ones of the Wookie homeworld: Kashyyyk they've done for Episode III. Looks very cool indeed. It's also on the official website: http://www.starwars.com/d...index.html ...and "we" doesn't always have to be all-inclusive whenever the word is uttered. "We" could also even constitute a group of two people or personalities if its meant that way. I'm just saying the information is out there through totally official sources for all the world to see, and if you see that as a spoiler then . I heard the same thing from people being upset that people were talking about Amidala being Luke and Leia's mother and Darth Sideous/Palpatine/The Emperor were one and the same person.

I'm just hoping they explain how he is invulnerable to The Force. I mean, it seems to me that a Jedi could use The Force to yank wires and what-not out, incapacitating the General. Any insight?? I'm not entirely clued on Grievous having not seen Ep.2. But can you tell me anything about his relationship with Palpatine? Thanks in advance. Grievous wasn't in Episode II (as that was the start of the Clone War), but he has appeared in the Clone Wars series on Cartoon Network, as well as some of the Dark Horse comics. First off, SEE EPISODE II, for its a little hard to explain everything. In a nutshell, Palpatine is the chancellor of the Republic, and is playing innocent with the Jedi (who, for reasons yet to be explained, cannot sense the Dark Side in him. A "cloud" of the Dark Side is messing with the Jedi's perception of the Force). Palpatine is secretly in league with a former Jedi named Count Dooku, who is leading a group of separatists against the Republic. Dooku's droid army is pitted against Palpatine's clone army. The goal? To reduce the ranks of the Jedi in battle. The Jedi, and the galaxy at large, believe this to be an honest civil war. They are unaware that the leaders of both sides are actually in league with one another. Grievous is a general in the droid army, part droid, part alien. His invovlment comes about after the events in Episode II. Do not hurry yourself in your spirit to become offended, for the taking of offense is what rests in the bosom of the stupid ones. His organic part is ysalamari i've heard (a creature that repels the force. also saps the force from Jedi when in close proximity) Oh wow! That I didn't know! That would make sense (although I've never been a fan of the ysalamari. If The Force emenates from life, then how could a living creature "repel" it? I always thought this was one of the dumber ideas from the Zahn books. Maybe they are just able to block the user's access to the Force?). Still, its cool that there is an explanation. Do not hurry yourself in your spirit to become offended, for the taking of offense is what rests in the bosom of the stupid ones. (Ecclesiastes 7:9)
