well, she left this hospital this morning, and all is going pretty well. her infection is under control, they are still showing remarkable strength, and the worst of it seems to be over. the memorial service will be monday, and i think many of us are finally getting some decent sleep for the first time since sunday.

thank you all so much for the prayers/good thoughts/good karma, it truly helps. i have never been a man of great faith, as many of you know, but with this tragedy, i am willing to try anything, and it certainly has helped.

go out and hug your child or your family and friends children today. we never really realize how much we take for granted that they are with us.

love to you all

I have been wanting to post something here for days but didn't know what to say that hadn't been said already. I had to fight the tears as I read each update. Your family's ordeal over the past week has made me realize how fortunate I am to be blessed with a happy and healthy little girl.

I pray that, if nothing else, this past week has brought you all closer together and has strengthened the bond between you. I have a feeling it has. All my love to you and your family Chris.

make sure you look after yourself as well as you are looking after your family,it's not a selfish thing to say you are obviously in a lot of pain and i just hope you have someone close(in person, not just in here)that you can lean on. x
