i associate everything with colour..

meaning days of the week all have specific colours(wednesday red..tuesday green etc)

all songs have colours(princes are really vivid..strollin yellow..17days dark blue,the future grey,musicology brown,its gonna be..black n starry,trc black n red,dmsr black/blue etc etc)

people i know,places ive been etc

is this common?

Well it would seem as if you are a visual person - so you associate with color -some people do the same thing with sounds - they are auditory - and other with feelings and tend to be hands on - you most likely learn better by seeing things vs hearing or doing.

this is actually considered a mental condition, of some sort... there's a name for it.

i always associate people with colors. personalities, moods, etc.

1. A condition in which one type of stimulation evokes the sensation of another, as when the hearing of a sound produces the visualization of a color.

2. A sensation felt in one part of the body as a result of stimulus applied to another, as in referred pain.
