What do you eat at work? Do you go out for lunch, bring your own food, cook at work, or do you have a canteen/sandwich person?
And what do you normally have?

Peanut Butter & Jelly sandwiches. I eat peanut butter for breakfast every day, and usually for lunch.

I usually skip breakfast and have only coffee...
For lunch, I usually flip between salads and turkey sandwiches.. Sometimes i have eggs for lunch.. An on occasion, I walk over to Wendy's and get a burger for lunch... Yum Yum.. The day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom - Anais Nin

Ex-Moderator | These days I usually have either a bowl of soup, a sandwich, or sushi. It rarely varies from those 3 options. |

I try and bring my lunch at least 3 days a week. It typically consists of a fake meat product, a cup of veggies and either chips or a microwave potato.
Luckily, my agency is located just on the edge of downtown and uptown Mpls, so I have a million good restaraunts to chose from in very close range when I have to go out for lunch.

I eat at work, i.e. at my computer, in my room. Usually a ham sandwich or some fried rice with something.
When I was teaching at a school I still came home for lunch, for bacon sarnies.

There are seven women in the office, and we always have lots of food sitting at our coffee bar. Fruit, pies, sandwiches, salads, and alot of mexican food. I try to eat as healthy as I can at work ( which is hard to do). So I'll have a bagel in the morning, a salad, sandwich, or mexican food for lunch.
