Online Matrix Sites Has anyone else fallen prey to the ezexpo.com scam? Over a year ago I paid $25 to that website to get a Playstation 2. I guess I wasn't thinking... They promised most people get their "gift" within 3-6 months or something. Then they said it may take more like 8 months. I kept waiting. Well when a year went by and I'd barely moved up the list and hadn't heard any word from the website, let alone receiving the e-books my $25 was supposedly buying, I sent them an e-mail asking for my money back. I got no reply, so I sent them a few more angry e-mails, saying if they don't at least respond I'm going to sue them for the money. Not one damn reply, and suddenly when I'd try to type in the URL, the website wouldn't open. Now, months later, I'm finally able to open the URL again but it's just a search engine now. So I did a Google search and found forums where people were talking about the same situation. Some claimed to have gotten a refund. Others said they were never able to get in touch with the site owners, or when they called the people hung up on them. Anyone here been involved in this? How do you get your money back? I reject your reality and substitute my own.

You could go from there, but I doubt it will help. If you paid per credit card let their fraud department handle it. | |
