i think it's a recovering new yorker thing...the pace was so fast in the city (and i tend to move quickly by nature) that when i came across the odd group of slow moving tourists it would make me absolutely insane. my friends in NYC are the exact same way, there's no worse crime than groups of people walking slow down the street so you can't get around them. i think this "urban conditioning", combined with a claustrophobia that i've always had, makes me crazy when i feel like people are potential obstacles between me and where i want to go.

shrug

No... I hate that too. I'm already a god awful driver and the last thing I need is someone making me nervous by doin' that. I feel like they're about to push me off of the road, or like they think I wanna race them, when I don't. When people ride my bumper, I swear I feel like slamming on brakes just to run their insurance up. evillol But I saw that commercial about ppl. who do that on purpose...they get fined for it.

I hate other people whispering too. Maybe I'm just paranoid, but I always feel like they're talkin' about me.
