It depends really for me. Sometimes stupidity can be cute but sometimes it can be downright annoying and frustrating. Take this guy I spoke to over the phone at work. He wanted to book a holiday in Rome for the next day. So, I put him on 'hold' and checked any availability at the hotel he wanted. Unfortunatly it was fully booked for those dates, so he turns round and says all aggressive and said 'Well it's not my problem is it?!!?'. Well whose else would it be?! Anyway he was one those disagreable types who wouldn't get off the phone until I sorted something out. Which I did may I add. That's what I don't like.

Line was way long - and I was running late - get to the window - check my bag and noticed I did not have croutons - no big deal right - just ask for some.
