I miss my dad. It will be a year next month since he passed at age 53. I also miss my grandparents. I have one blood grandma left, and she lives in the midwest, and my mom just left this morning to visit her. Just lots of people who had wisdom and a wicked sense of humor.

On a lighter note, I miss lazy summers, stray cats in the neighborhood, and WOOLWORTH'S on Powell and Market Sts. I saw a Woolworth's in England when I was there in February. I bought a washcloth just so I can have a receipt to keep, and took a picture. Oh and just really good comedy tv from the mid to late 70's, and the cartoons of that period.

I quite often miss the toilet!

I try not to but sometimes it's like handling a wild animal.
