I know they are a tummy and one of the most famous De Stijl painting, but WHY?

THIS one is by Bill Watterson and portrays Calvin of the Calvin & Hobbes cartoon.

I chose it cuz Gooey The Hamster is derived from the bedtimestory Calvin's dad always has to read called Hamster Huey And The Gooey Kablooey.

And this pic was chosen cuz he looks sweet, but has an evil smile. Just like me.
