I was sick da other week myself!! Everyone's got it man, and everywhere i go, people dont know how to cover their bloody mouths with their hands or better yet a tissue to before they decide to cough right in your face 
What really really reallly helped for me is a hot cup of honey, crushed ginger, lemon and hot water It has such a ZING!!! ANd it kills most of da germs!! Nurofen is a great pain killer  and Vicks is my best friend when i can't breath or go to sleep!!!
