IMO it's very different. First of all you need to pull the foreskin all the way back (proper use) and exposing the really sensitive head. Even with the latex over it it's still far more sensitive that way and IMO that's overkill. Secondly I miss the foreskin moving back and forth over the head which feels odd. I always try to keep as much foreskin over the head as possible, but that's not always easy to do.

However, when you have a child now the medical establishment reels back in horror if you were to suggest a circumsician of your child on anything other than religious or extreme health issues.

In other words, nearly all kids these days, in Australia at least, are uncut. I'm talking about kids under about 15 or so.

If there are no medical problems there's no reason for circumcision from a medical point of view. That's a fact and they've known that all along. Whether or not they think it's actually harmfull for the child is something completely different and subject to change in medical research.

Circumcision, from a sexual standpoint. . .there are advantages and disadvantages of both.
