One Man Jam? I just read this thread: http://www.prince.org/msg...&tid=17908
Somebody please tell me what is this. I thought One Man Jam was a Prince CD due to come out on August 13th because you can preorder it at CDNOW.com. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong because I wanted to order this from CDNOW.com I'm not a member of the npgmusicclub so I was really looking forward to some new music from Prince. Well I'm confused as to what else you want to know besides what is in the original thread.
Basically this is not a Prince cd. The cd has Prince playing guitar on two tracks and his parts were recorded twenty some odd years ago. I have heard his guitar parts and they are cool, but I certainly wouldn't call this a Prince cd. I would only buy it if you are a completist (which obviously you are not being as you didn't join the NPGMC). Hope that helped. If you do a search of the site you will find about 10 threads that discuss this cd in every detail. | |
