New CD from Prince?

i just saw a listing for "One Man Jam" on CDnow... release date of August 13, 2002... what's that all about? I know CDnow can't have the inside skinny on things without one of us finding out first... anyone heard anything on this?

The one man jam cd was already released in canada in july the 2nd hmv has it in stock. but since I haven't heard anything about this cd I'm not gonna bu it.
